Rental Agreement # 

1. RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT:  Owner agrees to rent the equipment listed below to the Renter in accordance with the terms of this agreement. 
2. TERMS OF AGREEMENT:  The term of this Agreement shall be for ___ month(s), beginning ___________.   Payment(s) shall be made by Renter’s credit card prior to shipment of the equipment, payable in advance every 30 days the equipment is in the Renter’s possession.  The rental price per month is $_____ plus all applicable taxes and freight charges in and out via Federal Express. 
3. OWNERSHIP OF EQUIPMENT:  Renter acknowledges that it has no property rights in and to the Equipment, and will not mortgage, pledge, sell or otherwise encumber to dispose of any Equipment, or permit any Equipment to be, or be deemed to be, a part of any real property.  The Equipment at all times shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Owner. 
4. TERMINATION:  Renter hereby agrees to notify Owner via phone, fax, or email well in advance of the date the Equipment will be returned to Owner.  FAILURE TO DELIVER EQUIPMENT TO OWNER WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE NEW RENTAL DUE DATE WILL RESULT IN A FULL MONTHS RENT BEING COLLECTED BY OWNER.  Renter agrees to pack the Equipment properly for shipment, notify Federal Express as to the date of the return, and pay Federal Express the total charges due.  Owner will work closely with the Renter concerning all details of the return of Equipment
