Just a quick note to let you know I got the switch yesterday, hooked it up
and everything looks fine.
I will ship the other switch back to you probably tomorrow.......... 2 day
Express Saver.
I told my CCIE friend that the powersupply on the other switch went bad and
that you sent me out another ASAP. His response was "Now that's customer
service"! As a member of the Hospital's Service Quality Team, I understand
the difference between good and bad service quality. And it seems you and
your company maintain high service quality standards.
Thanks alot for everything, and when it comes time to buy more equipment (to
practice for the CCIE), I'll definitely call you first!
